Access I: TablesClass teaches how to design the basic database objects - the tables where information will be stored. Students will create a complete table with appropriate field design and data validation. Students will learn to perform sorts and searches as well as change properties to suit their needs.
Access II: FormsClass covers how to create and customize forms so the user can more easily enter data into the tables, view the data, search through the data, and sort the data. (Access I Tables required)
Access III: QueriesClass teaches how to build queries. A query searches the tables of information you have created and displays only the information that matches the criteria you set. Class covers linking and importing data as well. (Access I required)
Access IV: Reports and MacrosClass covers how to create and customize reports to list, summarize, and print the information from tables and queries. Macros are also introduced and the student will create and modify a set of macros.(Access I required)

SAP Business Process ReportsIn this intermediate class, you will receive an overview of the Financial Master Data structure in SAP and how this data is used in reports. Besides learning how to run and navigate basic SAP reports, you will also learn which reports are best used for day-to-day financial maintenance as well as month-end reporting. UConnect: Appointment ConversionStarting July 19 - July 21, these sessions are to manually enter future appointment from PHS into Cadence. Each area needs to provide staff to convert appointments and enter pre-registrations. Representatives will be from all clinics, departments and ancillary services that are currently scheduling in PHS. Must have completed training for Epic Uconnect Cadence and Prelude by July 18th. Minimum sign up: 4 hour session. Can be multiple sessions. Snacks and meals provided.
UConnect: Work Queue Working SessionThis is a mandatory working session for staff to identify and work the WQ’s with training resources available to assist and answer questions. This is a drop in session, but each participant is required to stay a minimum of one hour.
